However, sometimes it is hard to find the inspiration you are looking for! This article aims to help you find new quality art and artists to love!

The Front Page

This is dA's landing page. If you haven't tweaked the settings, it will most likely display Popular 8 hours.
However, you have a ton of different filters that can aid you in finding what you want.

First, we'll take a look at the top-left side bar.

Browse
Browse just allows you to return to the home page after you've clicked on the other categories such as Prints Shop, Commissions, and Groups.
Here you can search for all kinds of art you can purchase. This includes calendars, wall prints, and art gifts. You can search by product, category, size ,and shape.
Groups are an awesome way to find curated galleries. Just hit search or filter through categories. There are so many groups on dA, you'll be sure to find one where you fit in.  You can even start your own if you want.

Browse what other deviants are selling! You can search by price, category, and username!

Undiscovered [ BETA ]
Undiscovered is a great way to see all kinds of underappreciated art. You can find many talented artists that you've never heard of!
Note that this filter is for Beta Testers only.
This filter allows you to see what is trending, regardless of when it was submitted.

Stalking Other People's Favorites + Watchers

This is actually a good way to find diverse collection of art loved by someone else. Stalking collection folders is even better, as sometimes people create collections that hold their favorite resources and references. Good stuff. :eyes:

If they have friends displayed on their profile, that's an awesome way to find great artists!

I hoped this article has helped you to search smarter and find the inspiration that you are most certainly going to find! This website has one of the most inspiring and diverse communities out there.

I'm talking about finding un-popular art that will never see the light!

I am not talking about users, nor popular.

What I am saying is that I wish there was a way to find "old" or "un-popular" art because there is no art web site where you can do it that I know about. What I wish is that somehow you should be able to find art left in the darkness and not only from the light.

Do you now understand what I am speaking about?
