Really nice shot!
I like the different colors in the piece, and the grey and green are balanced out very well!
The blurred effect is really creative as well!

However, I think the blurring is just a bit too drastic. I can't make heads or tails of what the piece is of, though I can make out a driveway and what could be a mailbox.
I don't think you should remove the blurring, but I do think you should lighten it a bit.

But overall, I really like this! The way the piece isn't perfectly straight is really brilliant, and how the colors are blended creates a really beautiful effect! Well done!
